Yahoo has a similar program called Yahoo Publishers Network publisher.yahoo.com YPN however is still in beta and available only to US publishers. No one knows when it will finally accept non-US publishers However, if you are talking of affiliate marketing program, Yahoo also has its Ambassador Program that you can check out searchmarketing.yahoo.com/ af/ amb.php

Yes like adsense yahoo also have this service.Not only yahoo,but there are a lot of advertisers on net.And yes if you have got huge traffic site add adbrite program to your consideration because in many cases it far better than others in case of high traffic site. Yes, they have the YPN. There are also more programs at affiliateseeking.com/ list/ 23000011/ 1.html which are also contextual based programs like YPN and Adsense.
